Anderson Promoted to Personal Banker

Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kaylah Anderson to Personal Banker.  Anderson has almost 6 years of banking experience.  She joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank in July of 2023, as a Customer Service Representative, and has worked with customers on consumer deposit accounts and teller transactions.  Most recently she began opening business accounts and has become one of the main new account staff members at the Marshalltown branch.  She resides outside of Gladbrook with her husband Bryce, and their son.
