Pool Joins Pinnacle Bank Board of Directors

Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the election of Andrew Pool to its Board of Directors along with being promoted to Executive Vice President.  “Andrew has been an essential leader during his time with Pinnacle Bank contributing to the bank’s significant asset growth and profitability through his collaboration with executive management in asset liability management through strategic planning.  Andrew has been a driving force in community support while mentoring Pinnacle Bank’s incredible employees.  Pool’s election to The Board of Directors and promotion to Executive Vice President as part of Pinnacle Bank’s executed succession plan is a testament to Andrews’s hard work, loyalty, and dedication,” stated Damon Morrison, President & CEO of Pinnacle Bank. 

Pool graduated from Northwest Missouri State University, in 2015, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance.  He is a 2019 Iowa Valley Leadership graduate, a 2022 Iowa School of Banking graduate, and most recently graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin in August of 2025.  He resides outside of Marshalltown with his wife, Ashley, and their sons.
