Duffy Promoted to Branch Manager

Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Rose Duffy to branch manager. Duffy joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank, in June of 2004, as a customer service representative, and assumed the role of customer service supervisor in 2011. Duffy has taken on additional management, supervisory, and training roles in addition to her current responsibilities contributing to Pinnacle Bank’s growth and employee development.
Damon Morrison, president of Pinnacle Bank, stated, “Rose has been an incredibly valuable employee of Pinnacle Bank for nearly two decades. She has been supportive and integral in each progression of Pinnacle Bank’s growth as well as the implementation of modern banking technology and processes. It is my honor that Rose has accepted this promotion for her to continue on with the tradition of experienced and valued customer service that she and Pinnacle Bank have become known for.”
Duffy has over 19 years of banking experience. She is a member and steward board member of Marshalltown Church of the Nazarene. Duffy resides outside of Marshalltown with her husband, Ryan, and has 2 daughters, Estrella and Marissa, and one grandson.
