Goettsch joins Pinnacle Bank as Customer Service Representative

Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Amy Goettsch to its staff as Customer Service Representative.  Goettsch graduated with an associate degree in Human Services from Marshalltown Community College and later received her bachelor’s degree in Family Services at the University of Northern Iowa.  She most recently worked at Menards.  She currently resides in her hometown of Gladbrook.

“I am so excited to join this team, and I look forward to growing my knowledge in banking,” Goettsch commented.
