Heatwole Retires from Pinnacle Bank
Pinnacle Bank would like to congratulate Jane Heatwole on her recent retirement. Heatwole began her career with Pinnacle Bank in March of 1989 when the bank was chartered as Tama State Bank. During her 34-year tenure, she began in customer relations, became a proof operations coordinator, bookkeeping supervisor, assistant cashier, vice president/operations manager then to her position of vice president/cashier/operations manager/compliance officer/IT security officer. She experienced the bank’s main office relocating twice, a rebranding to Pinnacle Bank, a bank sale, and a branch purchase.
“I feel so fortunate to have worked for a company that has provided the opportunity for a rewarding career. I am excited for the next phase of my life, but will miss the daily work routine and time spent with my colleagues,” Heatwole commented.
Heatwole currently resides in Marshalltown with her husband, Roger, and has two grown children, Jacob and Rachel. She and her husband plan to work on some long overdue home projects and do some traveling together in their retirement.
“I am beyond grateful for all the time I’ve had with Jane throughout the years. She has provided tremendous support and frequent learning opportunities for me,” stated Amy McCready, Vice President of Pinnacle Bank. “Her bank family is going to miss her immensely and, as Jane’s successor, I don’t know how I could ever attempt to fill her shoes.”
