Hibbs Joins Pinnacle Bank Board of Directors

Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Carol Hibbs to its board of directors.  Hibbs is a graduate of Iowa State University, and she has been employed by the Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA in various capacities for the past 20 years.  She has served in her current position of Chief Executive Officer since 2007.

“I look forward to the opportunity to serve with the other Pinnacle Bank Board members and to help connect the work of the bank to area initiatives,” Hibbs commented. 

Carol currently serves as president of the Marshalltown Rotary Club and Chair of the Central Iowa Healthcare Board of Trustees, and just concluded a two-year term as the chair of the Iowa Alliance of YMCAs.  Past community involvement has included Marshall County Coalition for Health; Marshall County Economic Development Board, Conrad Economic Development Committee, Marshall County Arts & Culture Alliance Board Member, and Marshalltown Convention & Visitors Bureau Board Member.

Hibbs and her husband Rusty reside in Marshalltown and have two grown children.
