McCarthy Promoted to Vice President/Financial Officer

Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Alyssa McCarthy to Vice President/Financial Officer/Human Resource Manager.  McCarthy joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank, in June 2014, as a summer intern.  After graduation from college, she returned to Pinnacle Bank.  In April 2016, she gained additional financial and human resource responsibilities and was promoted to Financial Analyst/Human Resource Manager.  In 2018, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President.  McCarthy has progressively increased her duties and expertise in asset liability management, human resources, as well as serving as the bank’s Security Officer and on multiple committees.  

Damon Morrison, president of Pinnacle Bank, stated, “Alyssa has been an integral part of Pinnacle Bank’s growth and success during her tenure with the bank.  Her ambition, ingenuity, and innovation is well recognized, and I look forward to her future successes at Pinnacle Bank.”  

McCarthy graduated from Wartburg College, in Waverly, Iowa, with a double major in Business Management and Accounting.  She resides outside of Conrad with her husband, Zach, and their children, Cameron and Savannah.
