McCready Promoted to Assistant Vice President/Loan Operations Manager
Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy McCready to Assistant Vice President/Loan Operations Manager. McCready joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank in November of 2011 as a customer service representative and assumed the role of loan administrator in 2013. McCready has taken on additional IT, management, and training roles, in addition to her current loan processing responsibilities, contributing to Pinnacle Bank’s growth.

Amy has been a valuable employee of Pinnacle Bank since 2011. During her time in the loan department, she has been a major force in the bank’s $120 million loan portfolio growth as well as being a leader in significant bank projects. Amy’s promotion to an officer reflects all of her hard work and dedication, and I look forward to the next chapter in her career with Pinnacle Bank.”
McCready has over 9 years of banking experience and is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 46, serving as treasurer. McCready resides in Marshalltown with her husband, Dan, and daughter, Ivy.
