McCready Promoted to SVP/Chief Operations Officer
Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy McCready to Senior Vice President/Chief Operations Officer, in addition to her titles of Cashier/IT Security Officer/BSA Officer. Prior to her current tenure, she started as a Customer Service Representative, then served as Operations Processor, Loan Administrator, AVP/Loan Operations Manager, and VP/Cashier/Operations Manager/IT Security Officer/BSA Officer resulting in a wealth of knowledge from her experience in multiple departments and committees.

McCready has been with Pinnacle Bank approaching 13 years. She is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 46 and CERT (Community Emergency Response Team), and resides in Marshalltown with her husband, Dan, and daughter, Ivy.
