McCready Promoted to SVP/Chief Operations Officer

Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy McCready to Senior Vice President/Chief Operations Officer, in addition to her titles of Cashier/IT Security Officer/BSA Officer.  Prior to her current tenure, she started as a Customer Service Representative, then served as Operations Processor, Loan Administrator, AVP/Loan Operations Manager, and VP/Cashier/Operations Manager/IT Security Officer/BSA Officer resulting in a wealth of knowledge from her experience in multiple departments and committees. 

Damon Morrison, President & CEO of Pinnacle Bank, stated, “As an executive officer of Pinnacle Bank, Amy has a wide array of responsibilities in the execution of strategic initiatives.  Her actions and leadership have led to the success of the bank in several areas that are very dynamic and complex.  Amy’s role in Operations, Compliance, and IT are crucial areas for Pinnacle Bank.  I look forward to this next chapter in Amy’s career development.”  

McCready has been with Pinnacle Bank approaching 13 years.  She is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 46 and CERT (Community Emergency Response Team), and resides in Marshalltown with her husband, Dan, and daughter, Ivy.
