McCready Promoted to VP/Operations Officer/Cashier
Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy McCready to Operations Officer, in addition to her titles of VP/Cashier/IT Security Officer/BSA Officer. Prior to her current tenure, she started as a Customer Service Representative, the served as Operations Processor, Loan Administrator, AVP/Loan Operations Manager, and VP/Cashier/Operations Manager/IT Security Officer/BSA Officer resulting in a wealth of knowledge from her experience in multiple departments. With this promotion, Amy will be overseeing the operations and loan operations departments. With the oversight of these two departments, Pinnacle Bank will be further benefitted by the combination of expertise and synergies that will provide a consistent customer and employee experience.

McCready has been with Pinnacle Bank approaching 12 years. She is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 46 and CERT (Community Emergency Response Team), and resides in Marshalltown with her husband, Dan, and daughter, Ivy.
