Pool Promoted to Vice Presidnet/Chief Credit Officer

Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Pool to Vice President/Chief Credit Officer.  Pool joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank in September 2017 as Credit Analyst, and in October 2019, he was promoted to Vice President/Credit Officer and gained lending authority.  He has rapidly grown his responsibilities in credit management, loan underwriting, lending, regulatory and loan review management, loan workouts as well as asset liability management, and serves on the bank’s loan committee.  

Damon Morrison, President of Pinnacle Bank, stated, “Andrew has been an integral part of Pinnacle Bank’s significant loan growth while maintaining sound credit standards and striving to provide the highest level of service.  His promotion to Chief Credit Officer is a reflection of his hard work and dedication to his craft and growing professional responsibilities.”  

Pool graduated from Northwest Missouri State University, in 2015, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance.  He is a 2019 Iowa Valley Leadership graduate and serves on the Marshalltown Park and Recreation Advisory Committee and Iowa School of Banking Advisory Board.  He resides in Marshalltown with his wife, Ashley, and their sons, Aiden and Asher.
