Target Debit/Credit Card Information Breach
Debit/credit card information has recently been compromised at Target stores.  Card information was captured from transactions during a portion of November and December, and it could be used for fraudulent activity. 

If your debit card has been identified by Shazam (our card processor) as one that has been compromised, a representative of Pinnacle Bank will be contacting you in the coming days. 

Please be diligent in reviewing transactions in your account, and please contact either of our locations is you see any fraudulent activity. You can reach us at (641) 752-2393 in Marshalltown or (641) 484-7303 in Toledo. You may contact Shazam directly at (800) 383-8000 if you discover fraudulent activity outside of business hours, and then contact a Pinnacle Bank location as soon as possible during regular hours.

In late September, Pinnacle Bank upgraded its online banking system. The new system is easier to use and offers several enhanced features, including:
  • Real-time transaction posting 
  • Ability to view check images 
  • E-statements will be available through online banking–a separate login will no longer be needed 
  • Spending reports will be available 
  • Ability to export history to financial software or spreadsheets 
  • Easier navigation 
To enroll in online banking, click on Personal Enrollment and follow the prompts.
