Lost/Stolen Debit Card

Immediately login to your Pinnacle Bank app or digital banking, select "Manage Cards", then select "Turn Card Off", then contact the bank to receive a new card.

You can also report your card lost or stolen by calling Pinnacle Bank and speaking with a Customer Service Representative during regular business hours or follow the after-hours prompts (option 2) to get transferred to a live representative (option 1) with our card processor, Card Sentry. Available 24/7/365.
