We have a few new safety procedures in place if you come inside our lobbies:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitization efforts.

  • Reminding and reinforcing illness-prevention habits for our staff.

  • Signage for customers not to enter the bank if they feel sick and/or been exposed to COVID-19.

  • Limiting the number of customers in our lobbies to a safe capacity.

  • We ask that you make appointments for new account openings and loan closings, when possible.

  • Hand sanitizer stations are located in the front entry for you to use as you enter and leave.

  • Plexiglass germ guards installed on the teller line to protect customers and staff. 

  • Distance markers have been placed on floors as a reminder to maintain 6 feet of social distance, when possible.

  • Protective face coverings are not required at this time. Staff members may ask you to temporarily remove mask to verify your identity.

  • Hand shaking, as a social greeting, will be temporarily discontinued.

  • We continue to encourage customers to use online banking, mobile banking/mobile deposit, drive-up, night depository, Telephone Banking, phone/email, and ATMs.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Pinnacle Bank is making some changes to keep our staff safe while still being able to meet the needs of our customers. In an effort to stop the spread of the virus, employees may be working remotely from home or on a rotating staff schedule. Our lobbies are will remain closed at this time. At this time of uncertainty, surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure our customers, staff, and the general public that we are being proactive about the health and well-being of our communities. Pinnacle Bank has policies in place to ensure the safety of our customers and staff members, in the instance of a pandemic. We are monitoring the situation and following recommendations from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC). In order to find the most up-to-date information on the coronavirus visit www.cdc.gov.
Pinnacle Bank is taking the following steps to protect our customers and staff:

  • Increasing cleaning and sanitization efforts in our locations;
  • Reminding and reinforcing illness-prevention habits for our staff;
  • Keeping banking services available to customers;
  • Monitoring the updates related to the virus;
  • Meeting as needed to make any necessary adjustments to our plan.

For the health and safety of our customers and staff, we will be closing both bank lobbies on Wednesday, March 18th until further notice. The Drive-up will remain open normal business hours for the foreseeable future. We will be fully functioning for loans, safe deposit boxes, etc. by appointment only. We are taking precautions to try and reduce your exposure to any potential illnesses when visiting our bank.
